The Balboa Island Improvement Association Holiday Lights Decorating Contest will be held this season with the following dates:

            Entry Application Period:              11/28/21 through 12/5/21

            Judging Period:                              12/9/21 through 12/12/21

            Winners Announced:                     12/15/21
